Gina Marie Vetro Studio is a glass art and jewelry company which began in Maryland, but is currently operating in Charlotte, NC. Gina Marie began making stained glass and mosaic art in 2004. Vetro Studio, which translates from Italian to Glass Studio, was created in 2008. All of the stained glass, mosaic, and jewelry products are custom hand made and one of a kind.

 

Original stained glass products include sun catchers, mirrors, windows, lamps, candle holders, and other decorative items. All stained glass items are assembled with 60/40 lead and tin based solder, and intended for indoor use only.

 

Unique mosaic products consist of mirrors, boxes, picture frames, furniture, flower pots, and other ornamental items. Mosaic pieces incorporate the use of stained glass, mirror, marbles, stones, and/or seashells. Almost any color grout can be set into the mosaic.

 

Jewelry is Gina's newest product line, featuring distinctive necklace pendants and matching rings. Each unique and stylish piece is crafted from various types of art glass or mirror, and assembled with lead-free solder for maximum shine. The pendants are most often characterized by their triangular shape and intricate wire work. It’s possible that beads are added, but it’s guaranteed that each pendant has it’s own distinctive look. No two pieces of jewelry are the same due to different types of glass, and different decorative elements. The pendants are not sold with a necklace, but each features a wide hook so that it can be worn on wire, leather, chain, or beads depending on your preference. The rings are adjustable to fit any size finger. The jewelry can be worn to dress up your outfit, or as a good match for a casual day as well.
